It is my honor to be your energy manager for Centra Sota. Prior to joining Centra Sota in 2009, I spent nearly 30 years working in the hospitality management industry. One of the fundamental building blocks of that industry is customer service, and I have found that customer service is equally important to Centra Sota. I recently graduated from the CHS Energy Academy, an in-depth education program that offers some exciting strategies to help Centra Sota better prepare for growth and the future needs of our customers. I have a beautiful wife and three wonderful children. I understand the importance of family and the challenges families face today with the economic struggles and the volatile market. Keith was raised on a dairy farm southeast of Upsala. Aside from a few years in the Navy, he has spent all of his life living and working on the farm. Keith also has been working at local co-ops for more than 25 years, and he is a valuable part of the Centra Sota team.
Family is important to Keith. He grew up as one of 14 children and he and his wife Teresa have their own eight kids and six grandchildren. His sense of family has taught him some solid life lessons about how important it is to help each other out, be flexible and manage costs. He knows how hard it is for families to make a dollar, and his goal is to do whatever possible to help customers by offering them solutions that are in theirbest interest.
Another important lesson Keith is passing on to his children is the importance of hard work and how you appreciate something more when you work hard for it. Keith and his family work their own 320-acre operation raising crops and cattle.
