Randy is an important part of the Centra Sota team. He has more than 30 years of related work experience. During his time here, he has served as the manager of Community Lawn Care and the manager of the Buffalo Country Store. Once you get to know Randy, you realize why that is a perfect fit. Community has always been important to Randy. He is active in his church, and he has worked as a coach in Buffalo schools for more than a decade. Randy also supports the local community every day through his work at Community Lawn Care. A cornerstone of the company is its community giving program. Community Lawn Care donates 5% from each and every lawn service job to the customer's choice of local non-profit organization. Randy grew up on a dairy farm in Howard Lake. His family raised calves, hogs, chickens, dairy and beef cattle, horses and rabbits. That experience caring for a variety of animals has certainly served him well as the manager of the Buffalo Country Store, where customers are often shopping for supplies for their companion animals. In his spare time, he enjoys ice fishing, hunting, working out and spending time with his family. “My current goals are to help customers with their needs; help fellow employees do their best; and always be honest and a good Christian.”
Dave grew up on a small dairy farm about three miles north of St. Martin. His dad used to do business at the local cooperative. So, when Dave graduated from high school taking a job at the co-op was a natural fit for someone who enjoyed working with farmers. He started out driving truck, then became a mill worker making feed before moving into the office. Dave has since then served in several capacities to include general management and most recently location management for St. Martin. Growing up on a farm, as well as the experience he gained working with local growers at the cooperative, has given him keen insight into the challenges that growers face from day-to-day and season-to-season. Being a “local kid”, Dave also has a good understanding of his customers and their unique operations, which helps him to deliver solutions and advice that best meets their needs. Dave and his wife Laurie have four children, two boys and two girls, and are proud grandparents of two. In his spare time, he enjoys watching his kids play sports, as well as hunting and fishing.
